The silk road ran through China along the Gan-Su corridor, then through the Tarima basin, and the highlands of the Pamir and Tian-Shan ranges, into Central Asia, Afghanistan, Iran, the Eastern shores of the Mediterranean Sea
Once the nations went into a other nation, they made their trades. On the silk road they traded, armor, food, weapons, cotton, silk, glass wear, and etc.
Also they went through the desert and had to go through very bad sand storms and they had to carry all of the goods they traded to get
In and during the sand storms, their animals and their trades that went on the trip with died of harsh conditions, pain, and being very ill with no medicine.
Once they got back to their nation, they had to show what they got to the king and if he liked what he saw, they would be rewarded but it he didn't like it, they would be punished.
