Yes. There will be severe health effects to people who are not killed, including future generations. Both our enemy and ourselves will be hurt. It's bad for everybody all around.
So you're saying chemical weapons take a long time to kill.... but can kill lots of people?
Hmm.... can hurt ourselves, negatively affect our future, harm the environment, cause weird diseases such as cancer and mutant children... on the other hand, slow death to our enemies and killing lots of them!
And our soldiers. Our people will suffer the same as the enemy.
