  • Judicial, Article III
  • Mr. supreme Court Justice, how many people are with you and what are your duties?
  • I am one of the Supreme Court Leaders, there are 9 of us and we handle the biggest court cases in America. We also make sure that the laws that we want to pass are fair and stick to the Constitution.
  • Executive, Article II
  • I am the President of the United States, I can pass laws and amend the Constitution and I have many more privelages!
  • Mr. Obama, what do you get to do if you are the President?
  • Legislative, Article I
  • I am part of the legislative branch, we collect taxes and declare war, as of now we are at war with the Middle East.
  • Senator, What are your roles, and are we at war with anybody?
  • The Judicial Branch are the Guardians of the Constitution. They decide whether or not the laws conform to the Constitution. Judicial Review is the power to review and action of the legislative, or the executive branch and declare it unconstitutional.
  • Full Faith and Credit, Article IV
  • We can't let these people disgrace our coun try, what to we do?
  • The executive branch can pass laws. He is the president and is the largest branch in the government. he is the commander and chief and the head of the military.
  • Amending the Constitution
  • People should have certain rights if they live here. They deserve it.
  • Representatives, and the senate. They are known as Congress. They regulate the money, collect taxes, and maintain the military and declare war. They make all of the laws.
  • Federalism 10th Amendment
  • Even though we are one nation, we should still let certain states choose what is right and what is wrong.
  • Addresses the duties of the states within the United States, have to respect the public acts, the records, and the judicial proceedings of every other state.
  • Even though people are disrespecting our military and police, we cannot do anything about it because they have a right and we have to respect their acts.
  • The Constitution was Changed from the Articles of Confederation, into the Constitution. It starts with Article V, the Bill of Rights, which are the first 10 amendments guaranteed to every American. Congress can change the Constitution if the president signs the bill, but if he doesn't it goes back as a veto, but a 2/3 vote can over ride it if the legislative and the Judicial agree.
  • If people live in America, they should be treated equal, because that is why we fought for this great land.
  • Federalism is the division of power between the federal and state governments. Both the federal and the state governments have exclusive powers of their on, while sharing with others.
  • I agree, the national government shouldn't control everyone, that is why we are free.
