  • Thou shan't worry , I assure you that your wonderful Desdemona will be yours if you help me rid of the moor.
  • I thought thou was going to help me be suited with the beloved Desdemona! Now I hear that the moor, Othello has married her!
  • We shall disrupt the pleasure of their marriage. We shall turn Desdemona's family against The Moor! Now lets set out to Brabantio!
  • For my beloved Desdemona, anything!
  • My daughter is being casted by his dark magic! Come lago we shall go to this Othello now!
  • Your daughter is being stolen by the moor! They have been making the beast with two backs!
  • It is true Brabantio, Desdeomna has wed the moor.
  • In the midst of an argument between Roderigo and Iago, Roderigo has been paying Iago to help him in his pursuit to Desdemona, but he has seen no progress, and he now learns that Desdemona married Othello. Lago tells Roderigo that he hates Othello for he needs him to rid Othello
  • Its Cassio General, we bring a message. You are wanted by the duke of Venice about a matter concerning Cyprus.
  • Good. I thought thou was Brabantio and his revolting men! We shall go at once Cassio.
  • Attack the moor! For he has charmed my daughter with magic!
  • Iago advises Roderigo to spoil some of Othello’s pleasure in his marriage by rousing Desdemona’s family against the general. This intensifies the plot by creating tension between Othello and lago, and Roderigo's alli with lago makes for a sinister upcoming.
  • There's no need for a fight, put thou swords down and settle.
  • Fine.... fine since thou needs to visit the duke, I shall bring this case to the duke himself!
  • Roderigo and Lago go to Brabantio and tell him that Othello has been intimate with his daughter. Furious, Brabantio sends fourth with Roderigo and Lago to Othello. Lagos plan begins to unravel and he puts Othello in danger, but Othello doesn't know the purpose behind these accusations.
  • Othello sees a party of men approaching, and Iago, thinking that Brabanzio and his followers have arrived, counsels Othello to retreat indoors. Othello stands his ground, but the party turns out to be Cassio and officers from the Venetian court. They bring Othello the message that he is wanted by the duke of Venice about a matter concerning Cyprus.
  • As Cassio and his men prepare to leave Brabanzio, Roderigo, and Brabantio’s men arrive to accost Othello. Brabanzio orders his men to attack and subdue Othello. A struggle between Brabanzio’s and Othello’s followers seems imminent, but Othello brings the confrontation to a halt by calmly and authoritatively telling both sides to put up their swords. Othello is able to stop the fight but Brabantio's rage fires on.
  • Hearing that the duke has summoned Othello to the court, Brabanzio decides to bring his cause before the duke himself. Brabanzio hopes that the duke will divorce and disapprove of Othello, and although Lago appears on Othello's side, he is secretively waiting for his downfall.
