The second apparition, a bloody baby, tells Macbeth that his end will come from someone not born from a woman. Macbeth retorts that no one can be not born of woman.
The third apparition, a crowned child holding trees, tells Macbeth his end will come when Great Birnam Wood reaches Dunsinane Hill. Macbeth says this is impossible.
The fourth apparition was eight kings, lineage of Banquo, and Banquo's ghost. The eighth king was holding a glass that showed the many more kings to come. Macbeth becomes angry with the witches.
The first witch tells the sisters that it is time to leave, and they vanish without a trace.
Macbeth is annoyed and angry that he cannot find the witches anywhere.
