Federalist vs anti-federalists
This storyboard does not have a description.
We should have a constitution because with the separation of powers there will be a smooth government system and the government can't over power people. Having a strong central government will help push our new country forward.
As a federalist I agree completely with what you are saying, but I would add that the constitution has many listed rights, such as the right to trial by jury. Also, these rights will protect us and the constitution will protect those rights.
I agree with both of you. In sum, we should have a constitution because it will strengthen our national government, the separation of power will keep the government under control, and our rights will be protected.
We should definitely not have a constitution. It will only give the national government too much power and states can not compete.
I agree. Rights will only benefit the government and not the people. We will be powerless and have no power against the government.
Yes! We will never sign the pathetic constitution. It only supports the government and we will get no rights. Lastly the president will act as a king, just as before.
