Life of Hermann Hesse.
Hermann Hesse was born in the Black Forest on July 2, 1877. His father was a Baltic German and his mother was a French Swiss. Both of his parents spent their time with missionary works in India.
Hesse spent most of his time at boarding schools, and eventually went to study theology at Maulbronn. From the age of twelve he knew he wanted to be a writer of sorts, specifically a poet.
I visited the land of Switzerland in 1912. Soon after, World War 1 broke out. I quickly came to realize the corrputedness of Germany, and gained citizenship in Switzerland by 1923.
Hesse survived the tough times of not only WW1 but also WW2 by writing. He began several novels that would soon gain him recognition in the European theater of the world.
The insightful man turned to many points of life for inspiration, but he was most inspired by the corruptedness of the world. Without this, he would not be able to create pieces that represent calmness and peace, even in educational matters.
