  • President Madison applies the non-intercourse act
  • I say that if Britain keeps on kidnapping our sailors we must fallow Jefferson's policy and cut off all trade with them
  • Native american resistance, and Tecumseh
  • With the British helping us, lets team up and defeat the Yankees and take our land back!
  • Let's do it Tecumseh!
  • First stage, The great lakes and the Ohio river valley
  • BANG!
  • AHHHH!!!!!!!
  • Before the war of 1812, during trade the British would impress sailors, before Jefferson's term had ended he signed an act that cut off all trade with Britain, Madison had no intention of getting rid of the act.
  • Phase 2, the east coast.
  • As the war of 1812 was starting, the British were starting to give weapons and supplies to the natives, and were even willing to pay for the scalp of a pioneer.
  • Phase 3, the battle of New Orleans
  • The first stage of the war of 1812 was to get rid of native American resistance, along with some of the British navy at the Ohio river valley. The American Military was successful at this.
  • End of war
  • After the British had defeated Napoleon in France, they were finally able to send the full might of their navy to blockade the east coast.
  • Were Back!
  • This battle( which was pretty much pointless) was the last battle of the war of 1812, the end of this battle resulted in Andrew Jackson becoming a hero.
  • Vs
  • Fortunately the war ended with both sides agreeing to stay out of each others busyness.
  • Bye!
