Later on Day 3...
The symptoms don't match, she should have shown lesions by now.
Dr. Stevens: We got the results back Mary, is there anything you didn't tell me? Mary: Yes, I wasn't honest, I've had a fever, night sweats, and these purple marks under my arms, on my chest, and on my face now. Dr. Stevens: Why didn't you tell me. You are really sick. You have HIV, and could have done more damage to your health. Mary: Oh, my God. He did this to me, why me. I am sorry, but I should have trusted you, and told you about my symptoms. I didn't want to be judged and I was scared of the outcome. I looked up my symptoms on the internet and was nervous. Dr. Stevens: It's okay Mary, come in so we can start you on treatment.
I can't believe this. I made myself sicker by not telling my doctor. I did this to myself. It is all my fault.
Mary, you have made yourself realy sick and I hope you have learned from this experience. You really could have hurt yourself!
I shouldn't have waited to tell you! It won't happen again!
Trust me, I'm your doctor, and I'm here to help.
