  • Generally When there's a big event happening many people come to the town square and our excited but not in this case. In this case everyone is nervous due to the fact that this could be there last lottery. Also the only people who are not backing away in fright are Mr. Summer and “The Postmaster” or mr.graves. • Generally, when someone is about to lose someone they no dearly or know off in the town, they are not going to be happy or pushing someone to die. But in this town it is the exact opposite the town folks are pushing her to be a good sport and then grabbing the “biggest stone” she could find. This is not normal for people when death is around them they are sad and in grief but in this town it is something totally different.
