Aphrodite was born in the sea, where she arose from the foam of the sea. Zeus then married her to Hephaestus, the God of Forge, to cause less drama over her beauty.
Though Hephaestus was overwhelmed that he was the one to marry Aphrodite, she thought otherwise. He treated her kindly, forged her many jewelry, and her famous girdle, it began her many affairs. In which resulted in many offspring.
Aphrodite also began to make Mortals and Gods/Goddesses fall in love. Which created the offspring known as Demigods. This, Zeus did not Like.
Hephaestus then caught Aphrodite in one of her affairs with Ares, captured them in a net, and took them to the gods, in which they laughed at his foolishness. Zeus then punished Aphrodite for her boasting of creating Demigods.
Aphrodite then fell in love with a Mortal, Anchises, who she seduced. She then found out that she would bear his child, Aeneas.
Aphrodite is then humiliated for bearing a child of a Mortal. She then decides to stop from making Mortals and Gods/ Goddesses from falling in love.
