This storyboard does not have a description.
My simple machines are the wedge and screw.
The wedge is used to lift, cut, or pull apart objects. It is also used to stop objects. It only has one part to it. The force and load move in different directions. An example of a wedge is an axe.
The screw is an incline plane that is wrapped around a post. The longer the incline plane is the closer the threads will be and the less force will be needed to move the load. The force and load move in the same direction. An example would be a nail.
