Storyboard Description

Daniel, a 6th grader who suffers from ADHD, goes through an average day in his life as he comes to terms with his disorder. Danny goes through trials including having to take his prescribed ADHD medication, struggling to focus during his tests, ostracism from his peers, constant day dreaming, inability to complete his schoolwork, and visits to his psychiatrist. Throughout his day Danny faces one challenge after the next as his disorder keeps him being able to pay attention and his lack of behavioral maturation puts him at odds with his peers. At the end of his day Danny must sit through yet another doctors appointment where his physician once again increases his dosage of ADHD medication; something that Danny dreads more than anything else. Danny is a prime example of what it is like to live a day in the life of an adolescent with ADHD.
