  • Scene 1
  • The Prince expressly hath Forbidthis bandying in Verona Streets. Hold, Tybalt! Good Mercutio!
  • Scene 2
  • Tybalt is gone and Romeo banished. Romeo that killed him-he is banished.

  • Scene 3
  • Here, sir, a ring she bid me give you, sir. Hie you, make haste, for it grows very late.
  • Tybalt And Mercutio are fighting in the streets and Romeo tries to stop them. But, when Mercutio falls Rome is forced to kill Tybaltto avenge his dead friend. Soon the Prince arrives and baishes Romeo from Verona.
  • Scene 4
  • Let it be on Thursday. On Thursday, tell her, she’ll be married to this noble earl.
  • The Nurse delivers the news about Romeo's banishment which throws Juliet into hysterics.
  • Scene 5
  • But, I love Romeo.
  • To go with Paris to Saint Peter’s Church, Or I will drag thee on a hurdle thither. Out, you green sickness, carrion! Out, you baggage! You tallow face!
  • Romeo is depressed because he is banished from Verona, where Juliet is. So, he went to the Friar's cell to hide; now the Nurse has come to tell him a message from Juliet.
  • Lord Capulet tells Paris that Juliet will marry him on Thursday. He doesn't even ask Juliet if she wants to marry him because he assumes that she can't turn down a great guy like Paris.
  • Romeo has snuck out from hiding to tell Juliet that it's all going to be fine but, they are interrupted by her parents. Lord Capulet yells at Juliet for not wanting to marry Paris.
