Storyboard Text

  • JB talks to the four kids through the Elucidator. He is still in the dark cavern in the 21st century, but Jonah, Chip, Katherine, and Alex are all in the 15th century. JB says that Chip and Alex must remain in their time period and that Jonah and Katherine should leave and come back to the 21st century so that they don’t cause even more damage by being in a time that isn’t their own.
  • Resolution
  • However Jonah refuses to do that without Chip and Alex. He instructs JB to let them stay and give them a chance. So, JB reluctantly agrees and wishes them good luck.

  • Katherine and I aren't leaving without Chip and Alex!
  • Resolution (cont.)
  • Jonah is much different at the end than the beginning. The plot has changed him a lot throughout the book. He starts out being a very unconvinced and doubtful kid at the beginning. Not taking charge and really just not doing anything. Like at the beginning, anything he saw was just thought of as a joke or prank and didn’t matter. In contrary, through the plot of the book, Jonah is affected and has to take charge and be decisive because nobody else was willing to.
  • THE END
