This picture shows a police officer trying to get a young man to stop walking and allow him to search the boy. However the young man replies saying he doesn't allow the search because the cop doesn't have a warrant or probable cause. This is okay to deny the search due to amendment #4 which states no unlawful search or seizure.
This picture shows a member of the army trying to force someone to let them stay in their house. The man inside the house refuses . He is allowed to do this because of amendment #3 which states that you cannot be forced to quarter troops.
