3 peasants walked the countryside of their town, along a river. By mid-day, the peasants found the body of a lowly knight. He was surely deceased, and it donned onto one of the peasants to take his identity for the upcoming tournament.
It was a ridiculous idea, but the peasants were tired of their laborious and un luxurious life. Philip the peasant was the one brave enough to pick up the lance, so he fought valiantly in the tournament.
Despite any training, Philip the peasant won the tournament rounds
With their newly won money, the peasants gained confidence to keep the charade up, and to train for more tournaments.
So for the next week, the peasants set a training course up for Philip to ride through and train. After this week, they were confidant in their plan.
The peasants and the false knight traveled from the forests to the next town, and along the way, they met a shady man
After conversation, this man learned of their true identity and plans and offered to help. He had a sharp tongue, and the peasants needed someone like that.
I present my lord, Philip Wellington, to participate in your tournament. The jousting tournament.
And after "proof" of Philip's lineage, he had entered the tournament to compete.
