  • I have anxiety for many years and it seems to have got steadily worse over the years. I really struggle with travelling particularly to and from work in busy times. I struggle with trains, planes, cars and lifts.

  • My life is so different... I am back to my old self. I can do all the things I could before.
  • I really have problems at work particularly in meetings when I become the centre of attention. I get anxious and feel like I have to leave and that's embarrassing. However, lately, it's starting to effect me in social situations particularly groups of friends.

  • We look to find and resolve any old experiences that created the feelings that create and maintain anxieties. That being done we change behaviours when people enter situations that used to make them anxious.
  • Hypnotherapy really helped me to let go of the past and when I did I felt much calmer. I found that with a little help I could change the I felt when travelling and over time this built my confidence. Now I can go wherever I like whenever I like.
  • I guess the big change that happened for me was the way I felt about myself. Instead of automatically predicting failure I started to predict that meetings would go well and I would be calm and I didn't even notice the change. Then I felt no anxiety when I talked.
