But before they want to take over, they lacked of power to force the Qing to surrender. By that, Sun Yixian then contributes with the powerful military leader, Yuan Shikai.
They both accept to contribute because they both have different purpose, Shikai is more interested in developing the Chinese republicanism. But both wanted power to gain their own strength.
By the end of 1911, the nation was in chaos due to the success of Qing andthe success of the Wuchang. Because of that the newly returned Sun Yixian form a nationalist government in Nanjing. However, they had to broke a deal to pbtain the military backing of General Yuan Shikai.
