( Heman Sweatt) I hope my application for UT law school gets accepted!
Sweatt's application can't be reviewed because he is black, state law says this school is only for whites.
I wasn't accepted because I'm black. This isn't right. I'm taking this to court.
NO, that's not right.
UT will provide separate but equal school for blacks.
Equal Protection Clause requires that Sweatt has to be admitted to the university. A separate school is unequal.
