This a storyboard that examines how text notifications can allow customers to utilize the time that a home service provider is over at their house making a call.
Maria has an appointment with Alex, the electrician, from 2:00 to 6:00 PM. She is worried that she will not be able to finish baking for her daughter's bake sale by 6:30 since she needs to pick up more ingredients from the store as well.
As Maria makes a run to her local grocery store, she receives automated text notifications from Alex regarding how far away she is. This helps Maria plan how long she can spend at the store.
Maria comes home just as Alex is pulling up into the driveway - she is able to keep the appointment and have her electrical issues fixed as well as finish baking for the school bake sale.
