  • Step three is presenting the product to the customer.
  • This red car here is the 2013 accord. It is $10,00. It also comes in white and black.
  • I would love to see the red one and possibly make a deal.
  • Step four is overcoming objections during the sales process.
  • No, that was a rumor made by our competitors, after owning one for five years, I can tell you that you have nothing to worry about.
  • I have been hearing things about how the accord has bad engines, should I be worried?
  • Great, I'm ready to figure out a price.
  • Okay, all we need to do is agree on a price and you can leave with the car.
  • I'll do $9,500 with a warranty and new leather seats.
  • Step five is to close the sale.
  • Deal! I'm glad we could agree on a good deal.
