  • Siddhartha was expected to be different than his peers, he was supposed to live a great life and become a king. He was supposed to be better than the other children his age
  • Siddhartha didn't agree with his dad in becoming a king, he wondered what life would be like if he lived outside of the kingdom, in search of something else
  • Siddhartha left the kingdom in search of the outside world. He wanted to what was really out there, after seeing the suffering and poverty, he questioned himself
  • Siddhartha left his life in the kingdom, to become a monk, he cut his hair, and went on a spiritual enlightenment. He found very much pressure in doing this.
  • He had wanted to find all the answers to his question, and searched for answers. He sat under a tree tree until every last question was answered
  • After he avoided temptation, he became the enlightened one, writing his truths about Buddhism, learning about existence and becoming a happy man.
