  • France, 1793; During this time the French revolution was entering its bloodiest point. First starting with King Louis the XVI.
  • What are your last words
  • Only that my death may satisfy the people of france
  • This was know as the Reign of Terror
  • After the death of King Louis XVI, many more citizens were executed by not supporting the revolution
  • You have been found guilty of treason
  • But what have I done wrong
  • Later Napoleon lead a coup d'etat, or a military revolt, against the Directory; the current government at the time.
  • Napoleon was an outstanding general, who was liked by both his men, and the citizens of France. And they supported his decision of becoming the ruler of the land.
  • Now, storm the capital, we shall restore France by this time tomorrow.
  • On January 21,1793; King Louis the XVI was executed at the guillotine.
  • During the reign of terror, everyone was afraid that they would be killed next, or worse
  • Help, my house is on fire
  • On the day of his coronation, Napoleon was suppose to be crowned by Pope Pius VII, but instead he crowned himself, as a symbol that he had more authority then the pope.
  • And now, I crown myself Emperor of France. Now if you all will excuse me, I have reforms to conduct. For the glory of France!
