This storyboard does not have a description.
I have three cookies and your telling me that you want 1 and one-fifth. There is NO way possible
Yes, I can have a whole cookie and 1/5 of another cookie. That means dividing one cookie into 5 pieces and then giving me a piece along with the whole.
That doesn't make sense
It does. Don't you know what fractions are. You know the things that are part of a whole.
1 and 1/5 is like saying 6/5
Wait! Now those are total different things.
Its called a mixed number. You know when your numerator is bigger than your denominator
Well, if that's true than how does it equal one and one-fifth
When you divide you will get your answer. So divide 5 into 6. Then you will come to a conclusion that 5 can go into 6 one time which will give you the 1 whole, with the 1 left over then becomes 1/5
This better be true.
Can I just get my cookies?
