Storyboard Text

  • How are ya feelin' Jem?
  • Eh, my arm hurts a little. What'd I miss?
  • Well, Boo was the one that saved us. Bob Ewell is dead.. Boo did it, but the cops say Bob fell in the knife.
  • Oh wow. I wish I would have been there! I wanted to see the famous Boo Radley.
  • Jem, I gotta show you something!
  • Okay. Let's go.
  • It's morning and Jem just woke up. Scout comes in his to see how he was doing. Jem said that his arm hurt a little and asked what he missed.
  • Scout! Are we meetin' Boo?!?
  • Yeah, don't be actin' stupid!
  • Scout was a little surprised when Jem asked her. She told him that Boo was the one that saved them and that Bob Ewell was dead. Jem was mad he wasn't there but was glad Scout was okay.
  • Hey, Boo. I hope it's okay that we stopped by.
  • Yeah, I just wanted to come by and say thank you for helping us the other day.
  • I was just happy to be of use for once.
  • Later that night, Scout told Jem she had to show him something. She thought it was a good time to introduce Jem to Boo. Scout wanted to surprise him.
  • Boo, why did they hide that you killed Bob in self defense?
  • Well Jem, I think that's a question for Atticus.
  • Boo's right, Jem. Let's go home. Bye Boo.
  • They walked over to Boo's house. Jem instantly got excited. He knew who they were going to meet. They rung the doorbell and Boo answered the door. Jem and Scout headed inside.
  • Boo looked surprised to see Jem and Scout in his house, but he was glad to have them over. It was a little awkward at first. After they all started talking, it was like they knew each other for years.
  • As they kept talking, Jem became more and more curious as to why they are covering up that Boo killed Bob Ewell. He didn't think it was a big deal. So he had to ask Boo.
