The Isolation of the Blackus Birdus
By randomname1, Updated
This storyboard does not have a description.
living on this island are birds known as blackus birdus. they can interbreed and produce offspring which makes them a species.
one day, while in a storm, the birds are forced to go to separate islands.
this bird had a smaller beak than the other, and the food on this island was much smaller which made it easier for him to eat.
however this bird had a much larger beak, and the food found on this island was much better for him to eat.
The favourable living conditions and geographic separation meant they were able to create a new species.
oh yeah? well i like it better over here.
I like it better over here.
over time, evolution took place on the bird that ate smaller food, causing it to develop a smaller beak because it did not need a larger one.
