  • lets talk about interface; this is part of the cell cycle where it preforms it's normal life functions the DNA is also being duplicated
  • cell membrane
  • DNA
  • This is prophase at this time chromosomes appear. The nucleus disappears. Spindle fibers start to stretch across the cell.
  • chromosome
  • This is metaphase. During this process chromosomes line up and the spindle fibers start to form
  • centrioles
  • This is anaphase. The chromatids of each chromosome separate and are pulled to opposite side of the cell.
  • chromatid
  • This is telophase. At this stage the nucleus starts to form and the DNA returns to its normal self. The cell membrane starts to pinch
  • reforming nucleus
  • This is cytokinesis. This is when the cytoplasm splits. This is also the last step of the cell cycle
