Patient walks alone and sees someone he knows and tries to cross the street. Friend sees patient and offers to keep him company as they walk through the park
Patient organizes shelf sluggishly and slowly. Shuffle gait Co-worker initiates conversation with patient Patient takes longer than normal to think and give answer. Co-worker notices and tells patient to come have lunch with him and his friends today instead of eating at the desk (therapeutic use of self, change in environment)
Patient looks at friend and compares her figure with her own. Patient says she has lost a lot of weight. Friends ask if she's been eating well and patient says no. friend asks if anything is happening in their life
