  • Hi, I'm Steve. And I am here to tell you about Newtons 3 Laws of motion.
  • This is my younger brother Kyle, he will be helping me with this project.
  • HI, I am helping Steve.
  • Only because Steve said he would pay me 20 bucks to do this.
  • You got the objects I asked for right?
  • Great so lets get started.
  • Yes I did. I put them in the shed.
  • That is right Kyle. This first law is often called "Inertia"
  • So Newtons first law says: An object at rest will remain at rest and an object in motion continues in motion with the same speed and same direction, unless they are acted by a unbalanced force.
  • There is also a formula that goes to this law. Acceleration x Mass = FORCE. So the object needs the right amount of mass to make the needed object accelerate.
  • Newtons 2nd law says: Acceleration is produced when a force acts on a mass. The greater the mass of the object that is being accelerated, the greater the amount of force that is needed to make the object accelerate.
  • So every force there is a different reaction force that equal in size, but go in the opposite direction.
  • Don't worry Kyle. The fun is just starting. This is where all of the supplies we collected comes in.
  • And the 3rd law is: For every action there is an equal and opposite re-action.
  • Steve this is boring. These are only facts and I don't get any of it.
