William had an advantage of winning because he was on top of the battle field hill and could charge down to Harold's army and kill.
Another way why William won was because he had a plan to make all his soldiers make a wall of shield by them standing close together and putting there shields up all together.
Another reason was because Williams army was well prepared and his soldiers where tough and they where not tierd and fought well.
Moreover, another reason why Williams army one was because Harold's soldiers where not prepared and where weak.
Harold was killed. It is impossible to know how Harold II died. Most people believe that he was killed by an arrow in the eye. This theory is based on a scene in the Bayeux Tapestry. As he died all his soliders didnt know what to do and they where weak.
