- -14 years old -Alleged gang member of the Diablos -claims he participated in crime because he was afraid of 'Bobo' -Blames King for most of the heist -Names Steve as the lookout
- Defendant Steve Harmon
- -18 years old -Comes from a decent family -Claims to only know other defendants as acquaintances from neighborhood -Says he was not involved

- -Never takes the stand -Pleads the fifth
