  • End
  • He just told on himself for nothin...Off to the big house then.
  • OH MY GOD?!
  • He is terrified or creeped out about an old man in his building because of the old mans eye.
  • I can't trust the author because he thinks it's okay to kill another human without feeling any sympathy.
  • The narrator then sneaks into the home of the old man and kills him
  • I can't trust the narrator because what if I do an illegal thing with him he might feel guilt and tell.
  • How could I ever trust you, now we're going to jail
  • PLLLEEASSEEE
  • I wouldn't even trust him
  • The narrator then feels guilt and tells on himself to the police.
  • I can't trust the narrator because what if he doesn't like something about me and he decides to kill me
  • I can't stand his eye!
  • In the text the narrator says "I made up my mind to take the life of the old man, and thus rid myself of the eye forever. pg.626. I chose this claim because it gives me a better explanation and more detail on my quote
  • In the text narrator says " Tear up the planks! I admit the deed!" pg.630. I chose this claim because it tells the reader what exactly he said to make me think I shouldn't trust the narrator
  • In the text the author says "...The old man never wronged me...I think it was his eye! I made up my mind to take the life of the old man and thus rid myself of the eye forever." pg 625 and 626. I chose this claim because it gives us more of an opportunity and change our opinions about the narrator and it gives us more reasons why we shouldn't trust the narrator.
