  • Ehh... I've let down my whole family and crew 
  • MISTAKES ARE ALWAYS FORGIVABLE, IF ONE HAS THE COURAGE TO ADMIT THEM.

  • BREAKING AWAY
  • I'm proud to be a cutter

  • making the most out of what i have 
  • Christen  admits to taking the performance enhancing drug to Mr Kentwell in which christen realizes his mistake owns up to his wrong doings. After christen admits to doping Mr west reassures him that it is a young, silly mistake and hopes this is not the end for his promising rowing future. Through all this christen sees that mistakes are always forgivable but has to own up and learn from them at the same time. 
  • THE PARTY NEVER STOPS 
  • What did i do differently? why did i not die?
  • At the beginning of the film Dave was sure he did not wish to go to college and would much rather continue been a cutter much to his fathers  despair on the idea. But surly to the end of the film Dave grasps an idea of what it might be like to attened college and surly enough Dave realizes what his future might be like if he continues on his path as a cutter. 
  • MY SPORT (ROWING)
  • In the text 'If' the stanza stated above made a connection with my statement through conveying the idea of picking your self back up after a break down, which could of been due to poor decisions leading to mistakes. But the stanza explains that you should build yourself up with what ever you may have left.

  • Jessie is living the time of her life while drinking and parting all up until she realizes this has all effected her shot at been on the college school track team. A big accident has to had for Jessie to realize the effect in her actions. Her friend sharna dies and only then does Jessie reevaluate her actions and take responsibility for her many mistakes.
  • 
  • All your hard work shows off at the finish line. And only you take can ownership for what place you come. Admitting that YOU could have done and put in more work and effort.  Realizing that you have made the mistake of not putting in the extra and fixing them for next time.
