  • The Myth of the Minotaur
  • King Minos upset Poseidon by asking him for a white bull as an act of support and when he got it was ordered to kill it but kept it because of its beauty.
  • So as an act of revenge Poseidon had Mino's wife Pasiphae sleep with the bull.
  • When Pasiphae slept with the bull the offspring was the Minotaur and King Minos was happy about having the Minotaur and kept it and raised it like a baby.
  • But the Minotaur eventually got to big and mean so Minos had a labyrinth built so he could keep the Minotaur and didn't have to let it go.
  • But Theseus had a task to prove that he was a brave warrior and was sent to kill the Minotaur. King Minos was super confident that Theseus was going to fail but in the end succeeded and killed the Minotaur and this made king Minos supprised but also Really sad.
