Storyboard Text

  • “Oh, Caesar, read mine first, for my petition affects you more directly. Read it, great Caesar. O Caesar, read mine first, for mine’s a suit”
  • "As Caesar loved me, I weep for him. As he was fortunate, I rejoice at it. As he was valiant, I honor him. But, as he was ambitious, I slew him."
  • "I know that we shall have him well to friend."
  • Artemidorus is using ethos in this quote. This quote is basically saying that his is better than everyone else's because it will affect Caesar. Artemidorus is trying to use his position to persuade Caesar.
  • Brutus is using pathos in this quote. He starts off speaking as in he is saddened about Caesars death but really he used that as a way to persuade the crowd and get their attention so they will listen to him.
  • Brutus is using logos in this quote. This quote is using logos because it makes sense to the reader, he is just trying to make a statement.
