I believe a growth mindset is important in improving your skills and knowledge in many aspects. Having a growth mindset means understanding your weaknesses and having the will to put in hard work to improve them. In my opinion, hard work surpasses talent in academics, sports and work in general. Making mistakes is fine, as long as you learn from them afterwards.
