Storyboard Text

  • I've been a star employee in Wal-Mart for years and i feel i am ready for a promotion. I would like to apply for your next management position.
  • Sorry not interested.
  • Inside of Wal-Marts main corporate office...
  • Excuse me but I feel like your not giving me a fair chance at this job because of my gender.
  • you "guys" just don't have what it takes.
  • Inside Wal-Mart superstore...
  • YEAAAAAAA! LETS DO IT!
  • I am tired of the unfair way Wal-Mart has been treating there female employees. lets got on strike and protest until we get equal employment!!!
  • Outside of Wal-Mart main offices...
  • We refuse to work without the same opportunities! There are over 70 percent of women working at Wal-Mart, but only a small amount of those women are managers. So, men are holding more management positions than women. In addition, Wal-Mart is the nation’s largest employer of women, but unfortunately we are being treated without dignity and respect. We want equal rights, and we deserve equal rights!
  • YEAAAA!
  • WOO-HOO!
  • Stop with the unfair treatment, we deserve just as much pay and oppurtunites as anyone else.
  • OK OK! I Will make sure that all Wal-Mart employees are treated equal and have the same oppurtunities.
  • A few weeks later in Wal-Mart's corporate office...
  • I would like to apply for the next management position.
  • Of course! I will let you know when one opens up.
