Hello and welcome to University of Michigan Ambulatory Psychiatry. Let's introduce you to to a part of your care involving measures or assessments.
A important tool in your care involves the monitoring of symptoms. This is done using measures that you will complete regularly and can be done from the comfort of your own home using a smart phone, computer, or tablet. You may also complete them here on our computers before your appointment.
These measures are a tool that will allow you and your provider to monitor your symptoms. They will also aid your provider in making decisions about your care.
The measures will be completed using a program called MStrides, which can be accessed online. You will be asked to create your own login and password and enter your email so that we may send you reminders about completing your measures.
MStides login screen
Once you have created your login and password, set up your clues for a forgotten login and password, and entered your email you will then be taken to a screen listing your measures to be completed. It will usually take less than 10 minutes to complete your measures, although it may take longer the first time.
