Cuba can do what they want with those missiles!!!
The U.S.S.R. and and the U.S. discuss their forms on government on how they are going to run there country. But the U.S. does not like the way they are going to run their country. Because the U.S. is capitalist and the Soviet Union is communist.
The Soviet Union gets Cuba in their side and puts missiles in their country. Then the U.S. gets involved because the missiles are pointed at them.
Towards the en the communist party started opening up and has perestroika and glasnost. Perestroika was the reconstruction of economic, which allowed better economies. As well as perestroika which created openness and transparency in government institutions.
