  • Where are all my blue collar workers these ores are not going to smelt themselves
  • Hey Alfred all the white collars are here right now right?
  • This is an outrage!
  • Yes but, Well a few of my workers over heard that some of the factory workers are starting a labor union of some sort
  • TREAT US FAIRLY!!!
  • What are you talking about I treat you guys the same way anyone treats their factory workers
  • Unfair
  • We aren't getting the same treatment as the office workers
  • Michael Scott doesn't know where his factory workers are. He goes to check if his office workers are doing their jobs still
  • We don't get the same pay as they do!
  • You don't care about us as much!
  • Unfair
  • We aren't safe in the factories!
  • Of course I care about you guys come on!
  • Michael goes to his offices and find his head in command and ask if all his workers are here but, then he finds out his factory workers are forming a labor union and goes off to find them on strike for being treated differently then the office workers 
  • Muffled Voices : You are racist
  • The factory workers are blue collar and the office workers are white collar!
  • EVERYONE STOP!
  • What's going on?
  • Michael confronts his workers and they tell him they aren't treated fairly and then he tells them they are but, they go into more detail about how they aren't treated fairly
  • BUT GUESS WHAT I'M COLLAR BLIND!!
  • Michael hears about all his workers problems and doesn't really know what to say. He tells them that he obviously cares about them and then the office workers come down to see what's going on. 
  • The factory workers are still very angry and are still protesting and the office workers came down to see all of the commotion in the court yard.
  • Michael tells the group that he is collar blind meaning that he cares about both of the groups the same and really doesn't treat them differently
