  • King David's Tomb
  • Hi, I am Roman's nan. I am a catholic and came to Jerusalem as a pilgrim.
  • Western Wall
  • I am at the Western Wall and I am here to pray.
  • The Cenacle of Jesus
  • This is where Jesus had the Last Supper with his 12 disciples.
  • King David was selected by God to be King of Israel. He was considered just and brave. He lived from 1040-966 BC and sits in the origins of Christian, Jewish and Muslim religions.
  • Mount of Olives
  • There were big stones where Jesus and his disciples sat on to rest.
  • The Western Wall, also called the Wailing Wall, is a Jewish place of worship and was founded in 19BC by King Herod. Pilgrims like me, go there and prey.
  • Via Dolorosa
  • This path is where Jesus was carying the heavy cross and getting tortured.
  • The Cenacle is a is a room in Jerusalem known to be the site of The Last Supper. The room is above King David's tomb in a building called Hagia Zion, on Mount Zion
  • Jesus' Tomb
  • This was the last place I visited during my pilgrimage.
  • This is the Mount of Olives where Jesus used to pray with his disciples, and where He prayed for the last time before he got arrested.
  • The Via Dolorosa is a street within the Old City of Jerusalem, held to be the path that Jesus walked on the way to his crucifixion. This route starts at the Antonia Fortress and ends in the Church of the Holy Sepulchre.
  • The Holy Sepulcher, is togetehr with Mount Calvary, the holiest sites in Christendom. It is the site of Jesus's empty tomb, where he is said to have been buried and resurrected.
