  • We need to set up a republic.
  • May Fourth Movement, 1919
  • WE NEED TO RE-UNIFY CHINA
  • Nationalist versus Communist, 1927
  • We will win for the Nationalists
  • Sun Yat-Sen a political idealist wanted to unify china under a republic. Then Yuan Shikai is named as president.
  • Long March, 1934
  • We need to march away from the Nationalist control.
  • Students led a revolt fueled by Nationalists and Communists ideas to re-unify China.
  • Japanese Invasion, 1937
  • Nationalists fought against the Communists, and purged them many times hurting their forces.
  • In result of the purges the Communists march to get away from Nationalist power led by Mao Zedong.
  • After the Japanese invasion of 1937 the china civil war was brought to a halt. In this both sides agreed to work together. In this the nationalist Army took many casualties while the Communists grew.
  • We need to work together to get the Japenese out of our land.
