Hi! My Name is Davis, I am a Recommended Red Belt in Tae-Kwondo. In this video I am going to teach you the basic punches, and kicks.
There are three basic kicks: front kick, round kick, and side kick.
(slow motion when kicking)
We will start with the front kick. First you need to chamber for your kick. To chamber, bring your leg up and bend your leg like this. Next, fully extend your leg and kick. Then re-chamber and put your foot down.
Next is the round kick. First you chamber just like a front kick. Then you turn your leg sideways. Then kick, if your round kick was successful it should of looked liked this. that is the round kick.
The last basic kick is The side kick. The side kick is similar to the round kick. First you chamber just like the round kick, but you bring your leg just a little more inward. Then fully extend your leg. Your side kick should have looked something like this. I have taught you how to do all of the basic kicks.
There are two basic punches jab, and the cross punch.
