  • As of today Travis and Jack are free and for you Bradburn you are removed from command.
  • Before the Turtle Bayou Resolution there was a conflict between John Davis Bradburn and 200 settlers. What started the conflict was that Bradburn had arrested two lawyers, William B. Travis and Patrick C. Jack. 200 settlers marched to Anahuac and captured some of Bradburn's soldiers. Bradburn said he would release Jack and Travis if the Texans retreated but some Texans did not agree and did not back down. So, Bradburn did not release Jack and Travis.

  • In Texas a Federalist , Antonio Lopez de Santa Anna was leading a revolt against the Centralist president Anastacio Bustamante.
  • After Santa Anna won the battle against Centralist forces Colonel Jose de las Piedras, controller of Mexican Garisson removed Bradburn from command and released Travis and Jack.
