  • Seminal U.S documents reflect the beliefs of the people by discussing issues that were important to them; like being treated equally, becoming united as one, and to start over, thus getting them emotionally involved.
  • In MLK's " I Have A Dream" speech, he is addressing how it is necessary to give freedom to every race of mankind.
  • In JFK's inaugural address he states, " “…anew the quest for peace” (Kennedy, 11). There, he was stating how we need to unite and become one.
  • U.S. seminal documents reflect the foundation of American society because the people want freedom and they want change to happen.
  • In MLK's "I Have A Dream" speech, he conveyed that each race deserves the same equal rights, and this began a movement that has progressed America.
  • When giving his speech, JFK responds to the needs and demands of society and the workplace, hence reflecting the needs and wants of America.
