  • Everyday for seven days the narrator stalks the old man while he is sleeping
  • We knew it, the body had to be somewhere
  • The body is here! I admit it, I killed him
  • The narrator kills the old man and hides the body. Finally the narrator was in consolation
  • Police come to his house because his neighbor heard a noise.
  • The narrator admits that he killed the old man because he was guilty.
