Storyboard Text

  • One day, Peisistratus approached his son, Hippias
  • Hippias, my son. You and I both know that I will die soon. You must carry in my footsteps while ruling the people of Athens.
  • Of course father, I will do just as well as you have, if not better, in ruling the people of Athens.
  • What Peisistratus said was exactly what happened
  • Oh No! The great Peisistratus has died.
  • Hippias the became the ruler of Athens
  • Hippias, do you hereby promise to rule Athens just as your father, Peisistratus, has?
  • Then I hereby state that you are the ruler of Athens.
  • Yes I do. I promise to take care of Athens just like my father has.
  • One day, Hippias approached his younger brother, Hipparchus
  • Brother Hipparchus, I don't think I would be able to rule with out you. There is only one thing that motivates me, and that one thing is you. If you die, I would probably become bitter and cruel.
  • But one day, an argument with Hiapparchus broke out, and Hipparchus was killed
  • And Hippias became cruel and bitter just as he said he would earlier if Hipparchus died
  • Oh No! Hipparchus has died.
