- This is Jane. Jane is a Client Administrator for Enterprise Parts Ltd which is a client of Stockonnect. Jane has been informed by her management that Steve the Engineer needs to carry out a stock check. Using the Stockonnect Admin Dashboard, Jane assigns the relevant inventory doors to Steve the Engineer.

- This is Steve the Engineer who also works for Enterprise Parts Ltd. Steve has been informed that he needs to carry out a stock check for the stock in inventory doors.
- I need to carry out a stock check
- Steve is a registered user on the Stockonnect App. He selects the 'stock check' option on the app and can then see all of the locations at which inventory doors are assigned to him.
- Steve arrives at a locker location which has an inventory door assigned to him. Steve selects the location from the app. Once the door is open, Steve starts to scan the packages inside the door. When a new package is scanned i.e. one that isnt' expected in the door, the app prompts Steve to enter the SKU and any additional relevant information
- After scanning the packages inside the door, Steve closes the door and is now ready to carry out a stock check at another location.
- Jane the Client Administrator views the details of the stock check on the Stockonnect Admin Dashboard. After analysing the stock check results, Jane identifies any discrepancies and deals with them accordingly as part of her business processes.
