Exposition •Autumn is worried about having to be permanently stay in the hospital, she also worries about not saying goodbye to everyone she loves. •Her mother reassures her that everything will be fine. •She begins packing.
Beginning of Rising Action •Autumn's mother drives her to the hospital for her checkup. •Autumn's boyfriend Max comes along with her to boost her spirits. •She is still worried about having to stay permanently and leaving without saying goodbye.
Suspense Filled Rising Action •Autumn is called into the doctors office for her checkup. •She is worried about what the doctor will say. •Max reassures her that everything will be fine.
Climax •The doctor tells her that she will die since there is no cure for her cancer. •Autumn only has about 1 more week. •She is also afraid that no body will come to her funeral in addition to not being able to say goodbye.
Resolution •Many people come to Autumn's funeral. •She is "somewhere" listening in. •Autumn pity's her grievers.
Exposition •Autumn hears the people mourning for her and realizes that people do care. •She is happy and knows she will see them all soon. •Autumn is finally at peace.
